A fairy tale about the metamorphoses of an extraordinary child, producing a magic whirlwind every time somebody looks the child straight in the eye, which changes the child’s sex. Taken by the caring parents to a small village in the countryside, the child meets a peer, Lily, daughter of a gypsy family of sorcerers. Lilly makes a great sacrifice in the name of love.
YASSEN GRIGOROV was born on 16 July 1974. Graduated from the High Schools of Applied Arts in Angouleme and Geneva, from the National Academy of Art and from NATFA. He has authored children’s books. Presently, he works as a director of TV ads, music videos, short and feature films. His sophomore film Little/Big won the Critic’s Award, 2011 at the Golden Rose Film Festival.
